We are so sorry about this! Unfortunately this happens sometimes with carriers–they mark the shipment as delivered when it actually hasn't been. Please wait an additional 1-2 business days to see if the carrier delivers your package. Also, please check with neighbors in case it was delivered there by accident. If your order still hasn’t shown up, please reach out to our team at hello@therapynotebooks.com and we will send you a replacement asap.
